TBF specializes in weight training, cardiovascular and resistance training and more. Of course you can’t have one without the other, through guided nutrition we assist clients in understanding their bodies. At the end of the day. It is rocket science.

No matter if you are new to fitness, seeking motivation or interested in burning unwanted fat. We are here for you. All programs include a FREE assessment. Prices vary depending on programs. Discounts are available on all 6 & 12-week programs. Residents of Manassas living in Falls Grove community will receive an additional 5% off 6 & 12-week programs. NATASHA BODDIE

Natasha found herself inspiring friends on social media through posts about her fitness journey, struggles and challenges. What her followers didn’t know… they were inspiring her! It was then did she decided to become a certified personal trainer. She wanted to help others achieve the same level of self love she had through her own journey. Natasha loves what she does. No one understands the real struggles of stress on weight loss, “baby fat”, balancing a career with a family and fitness goals and weight loss plateaus. Been there. Done that. Her knowledge as a personal trainer combined with her own personal experiences make her a hybrid in the industry. She offers not only her professional but personal insights to all clients to achieve their goals. She never wants clients to feel alone, discouraged or give up. She is dedicated to her profession and her clients.
