Total Boddie Fitness congratulates you on your decision to be a part of our family. We are excited you chose us as part of your health and fitness plan. Before starting any new workout regimen please consult your doctor. We are committed to your health and safety during your time with us. The information below is an outline of our terms and conditions. All which are essential to our policies and procedures.

Cancellation policy includes a 24-hour cancellation with your trainer for individual sessions. Full refunds are issued with 24-hour cancellation notification. Otherwise, clients who fail to cancel individual sessions within 24-hour window forfeit their right to a full refund.

By purchasing sessions, you the client, are entering into a contractual agreement with your trainer. Specifics of training program will be agreed upon between trainer and client.

All payments can be made in advance via PayPal. In-person payment options include 6 & 12-weeks. Virtual client payment options include monthly and pay-as-you-go. See pricing section of website for more details. Alternative payment plans are available.

Pause your programming at anytime. Unused or missed sessions rollover and do not expire. Missed sessions should be discussed with trainer and agreed between client/trainer how to best makeup the sessions.

Stopping exercise is the right of the client. IF at any time the client is in pain and/or discomfort stemming from exercise client shall let trainer so trainer can accommodate and substitute exercises.

All clients have the option to renew their contracts. Virtual clients opting for a monthly plan will auto renew unless agreed upon otherwise between trainer and client.

Relocation policy allows for clients to null their contract IF they relocate 25-miles outside the trainer’s service area and trainer is unwilling to travel to client’s new location due to distance, client reserves the right to cancel the contract.
