Sometimes all you need is a little motivation. If this is you, at your virtual convenience TBF offers virtual classes. Fitness at your fingertips. Whether you have a home gym or not we provide you with all you need to be successful in your fitness journey. It isn’t about making the time but finding the time.

Couples Sessions

Couples that train together stay together. Fitness for you and your partner in crime. Research shows couples that train together are happier in their relationships, hold each other accountable, increases emotional bond and help each other obtain fitness goals. Take your relationship to the next level.

Individual Sessions

One-on-one session with a personal trainer for your choice of 6 or 12 weeks. All programming comes with a FREE assessment, nutritional guidance, weight, cardiovascular and resistance training. Programming is 3x per week. Optional cardio health included at no cost to clients if they choose. Whether you are looking to burn fat, increase cardio endurance, build muscle we will design a program to meet your needs.

Buddy/Small Group Sessions

The more the merrier. Training in a small group is a great way to not feel isolated when starting a new fitness program. Buddy/small group sessions are also a feasible way to make a lifestyle change while on a budget. Grab a friend or two or three and come on out!
