Natasha is a wife, mother of two and works full-time in higher education. She earned her personal training certification from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in 2018. She understands the struggles of weight loss first hand. After giving birth to her two kids. She was the heaviest in her life having gained a total of 130lbs between her two kids. The only difference, she did not workout with her first but was an avid CrossFitter with her second. At the end of the day, due to genetics, she still managed to gain the same amount of weight regardless of her physical activity. Genetics does play a role in how your body responds to exercise and diet. She is here to help you understand what exercises are most beneficial to you to achieve your desired weight loss goals.
Natasha specializes in cardio endurance, strength training, nutritional guidance (as she is not a certified dietitian/nutritionist) and customized training programs. Her clients goals are her goals. She understands that there is no one size fits all. Programs are customized to meet the needs of each individual clients.
