One-on-one session with a personal trainer for your choice of 6 or 12 weeks. All programming comes with a FREE assessment, nutritional guidance, weight/cardiovascular and resistance training. Programming is 3x per week. Optional cardio health included at no cost to clients if they choose. Whether you are looking to burn fat, increase cardio endurance, build muscle we will design a program to meet your needs.
